Leadership Picture of Dr, Thomas Webb Dr. Webb is a native of Newport News, VA. His early training was in the Baptist Church. During his first year of college, he was saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit while beginning his spiritual growth in the Church of God in Christ. He was called to ministry and licensed as a Minister in 1993 and Ordained as an Elder in 1994 by the late Apostle Ancil Carruthers, Pastor/Founder of Holy Revival Center of Altus, Oklahoma

In October 2002, he was Ordained as a Pastor by Bishop Dr. B. Courtney McBath and the Calvary Alliance of Churches and Ministries out of Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Webb was elevated and fully consecrated as a Bishop on July 26, 2019, into the International Apostolic Communion, Archbishop Lorenzo Peterson Sr., Presiding Prelate. He has been blessed to plant and oversee pastors and churches in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Maryland, and Colorado while commissioning pastors over those churches.

He is a strong proponent of education and is a recipient of a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University of Montgomery, Alabama. Dr. Webb holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southern Christian University of Montgomery, Alabama. He holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In 2015, he earned a fully accredited Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from Amridge University of Montgomery, Alabama. In 2021, Dr. Webb earned a fully accredited Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Amridge University of Montgomery, Alabama.
